Warranty

Cactrus builds each Water Plus to last. We use only quality parts that have passed rigorous testing procedures. We will repair or replace any Cactrus Water Plus cooler or component of the cooler which proves to not be in good working order due to a defect in material or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty will be honored provided that the water cooler has been installed and operated in accordance with the instruction manual and video accompanying the product. This warranty is void if the cooler is used with any juice concentrate that is not Cactrus in origin.

General Provisions and Exclusions

• This warranty is effective within Canada and the continental United States only.
  
  
• This warranty does not cover transportation or labor costs.
  
  
• This warranty does not cover any problems with performance or damage of any part resulting from external causes such as: alterations, abuse, use of the Cactrus Water Plus for purposes other than its intended use, corrosion or acts of God.
  
  
• This warranty is not valid without the original proof of purchase.
  
  
• This warranty is in all cases limited to the cost of the purchase of the beverage dispenser, or of the parts requiring replacement; or to the obligation to replace the defective dispenser or dispenser parts, at the election of Cactrus.
